By purchasing from ΞＫｏ░Ｄｅｃｏrｏ you automatically accept the terms and conditions below. Therefore, we recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully before purchasing.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that VAT (Value Added Tax) is not included in the shipping cost. For countries outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. We are not responsible for these charges. The customer is responsible for paying them once the package reaches its destination.

All confirmed orders will be processed and shipped within 4 - 7 business days. You will be notified when your order has been successfully processed. You will be sent an email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The artist is not responsible for any delays that may occur.

RETURN POLICY

We pack the artwork in protective boxes and secure wrappers to ensure that the artwork arrives in perfect condition. Regardless, if the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, at least within two days of receiving it. Notify us in a clear statement to ekodecoro4@gmail.com within two (2) days of receipt. Please include your name and order information.

The buyer reserves the right to a refund unless the damage or deterioration is due to negligence or lack of care on their part. In case of return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase or there are any defects, you have 30 days to request a refund. To do this, you can contact me at ekodecoro4@gmail.com and explain the problem. I will be happy to help you. Returned artwork must be sent back in similar packaging that ensures that it will not be damaged during transit. Damaged returns will not be accepted for refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to us, including fees.
